Nick Tunbridge

Nick has wide ranging executive search experience having conducted many successful searches in the functional areas of sales, finance, strategy, manufacturing, and supply chain. He has built an exceptional reputation for excellence and outstanding service delivery.

Nick began his search career with Morgan and Banks and now has two decades of experience in successful senior executive search. Seconded to The Netherlands, Nick helped build a successful search practice based in Amsterdam where he searched across Europe for key people to join some of Europe’s largest and most successful companies. He returned to Melbourne and joined Touchstone Consulting as General Manager in 2005.

Nick manages Touchstone’s Private Equity Practice where he is active in sourcing management teams for private equity backed (portfolio) companies.  Nick has experience in sourcing senior executives for a number of different private equity houses who have portfolio companies  across a number of different industries. The positions typically involve sourcing executives who are capable of driving significant value creation within the businesses who are also prepared to share in the rewards through equity involvement.
