Michelle Lyon

Michelle joined Touchstone in July 2006 as the key researcher supporting our consultants in Touchstone's quest to find excellent candidates. Adding value to our clients businesses is our long term goal as true partners in talent identification and management.

Michelle has a marketing background, having transferred from Perth in the early 90's to become the Public Relations/ Guest Services Manager in one of Melbourne's leading 5 star hotels.

Later moving into consultancy within a Public Relations company, Michelle's pro bono work motivated her eventual move into the not-for-profit sector.

Within this sector, firstly with the Spastic Society (SCOPE) and then with the Asthma Foundation, Michelle developed a valuable professional Corporate Partnership program which maintained the charities integrity and fundraising needs whilst raising the profiles of the commercial partners.

Michelle's customer and business relationship skills are an important element in the support framework at Touchstone to ensure both our clients and candidates needs are not only met but exceeded.
