The Touchstone Team

Managing Director Chris Klingbeil is one of Australia’s most well-known senior search consultants. Over the course of his career, Chris has worked on a number of highly confidential projects with top-50 blue chip corporations. His ability to remain below the radar and achieve the desired result has made him highly sought after in his targeted industries.

Paul joined the Sydney office of Touchstone Consulting in October 2010, complementing the skills of the Touchstone team with extensive hands on commercial experience in senior finance, HR and general management roles with leading blue chip corporates across a range of industries.

As a founder of Touchstone, Jo currently manages all finance and administration, leading the back-office functions within the company.

Nick manages Touchstone’s Private Equity Practice where he is active in sourcing management teams for private equity backed (portfolio) companies. Nick has experience in sourcing senior executives for a number of different private equity houses who have portfolio companies across a number of different industries.

Michelle joined Touchstone in July 2006 as the key researcher supporting our consultants in Touchstone's quest to find excellent candidates. Adding value to our clients businesses is our long term goal as true partners in talent identification and management.

Sarah looks forward to drawing on her experience working with people from diverse backgrounds to bring professionalism and a positive approach to the role of Office Manager at Touchstone.
